MarCosta Design is a young company fully committed to the current requirements of energy-neutral construction, aspiring to achieve A+++ certification.
Thanks to a team of highly skilled employees in these techniques, MarCosta Design has strengthened its position in the Spanish market. Here, traditional columns are not necessary, and walls meet insulation standards in a single process. Additionally, our subcontractors specialize in these techniques, allowing us to form a solid team of qualified professionals.
We work with the KNX system for complete home automation and collaborate with Daikin for heating, cooling, and hot water supply. All our homes include solar panels as standard. Since homeowners now have to pay to return electricity to the grid, we also provide batteries for energy storage. Battery rooms are fire-resistant for 36 hours and feature a foam-based fire suppression system installed on ceilings and walls. This system can flood the room with a substance that removes oxygen in seconds to extinguish any fire immediately.
We also focus on water recovery, collecting rainwater that we store in large water tanks equipped with purification systems. This creates two supply options: one for household use and another for garden irrigation, car washing, and toilet flushing.
